BetaTHERM?s range of NTC thermistors and probe assemblies are suitable for a wide range of temperature sensing, control and compensation applications.
Product offerings are available in a range of resistance values, curves and mechanical configurations.


Temperature Probes:
Offering a full range of customised and standard parts, BetaTHERM?s probe assemblies are designed to meet the specific electrical and mechanical requirements of each application. Examples include:Surface, Immersion, Screw-in, Overmoulded, Air/Gas sensing and High reliability (ESA qualified).


Leadless Chips:
BetaTHERM offer a range of customised and standard gold and silver metalised leadless chips, suitable for today?s microelectronics market requirements. Included in our range are Gold terminated chips, Silver terminated chips, High reliability (ESA qualified) gold chips


Epoxy Thermistors:
BetaTHERM?s range of epoxy coated,(discrete), components offer a wide choice of tolerance classifications and have demonstrated long term stability and performance reliability. Types available include: Bare leaded(non-insulated) thermistors, Insulated thermistors, Linear devices, High reliability (ESA qualified).


Glass Thermistors
BetaTHERM?s glass encapsulated thermistor components are constructed to provide the optimum balance between miniaturisation, accuracy and environmental protection. Suitable for more extreme temperature ranges: -80?C to +300?C, typical tolerances available include ?1%, ?2%, ?3%, ?5% @ 25?C. The following are available:
> Radial type glass encapsulated devices
> DO-35 Axial thermistors


Polyimide and mylar thermistors:
The polyimide and mylar thermistor components are among the smallest and most accurate devices in the BetaTHERM range and have demonstrated their benefits in a wide number of precision applications, (e.g. biomedical, instrumentation). Products include Mini-BetaCURVE Probe (MBD)(1.0mm), Mini-BetaCHIP Probe (MCD)(0.45mm) Mylar tube sensors and Twisted wire sensors


SMD's:
BetaTHERM?s surface mounted devices, (smd?s), are an ideal choice for general
temperature sensing and compensation network applications in circuits that require dependable NTC thermistor characteristics. Tolerances available range from ?1% to ?10% @ 25?C. Available in standard SMD 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206
